Though he was not known to me personally, but as a consultant had heard of him & his wife as achievers in their own fields. His younger  brother  Ajay was my batchmate & learning of his elder brother's demise has  pained me. Am sure the dear departed soul will give strength to all the bereaved family members & friends to overcome this sorrow.

Ashok Pathak (1966)

Ashok was  one year senior to me but I knew him well in school. A kind, unassuming person he endeared himself to everyone who knew him. I knew of his excellence in his career through his sister who is a well known Gyaenacologit in Jamshedpur . My heartfelt condolences to his wife, children , and his brother and sister. A sad loss, may his soul rest in peace, Ashok Pathak 66'.

Dear Ashok,

Most grateful to you having posted the snap of Ashok. First, our deepest condolences to you and Rama as also the family. Am a classmate of Ashok as also a friend who went to serve the White uniform in 1965. Adi too was a good friend and we did enjoy each other's company whilst in the then desolate spot called Hazaribagh. It was the Father Brother Jesuit community who with local teachers in various subject drummed up the "quality" of life in SXS. Tears do come toour eyes when we have a "dekho" at the smiling face which was with us in our formative years, then fate set us on different paths and professions. We do miss him and offer our humble, deepest condolences while praying the lord gives strength and perseverance to the family including Rama. God Bless.

Regards........

Surojit Neogi
