my condolences to his family.I remember the days when we use to play cricket together as far as I remember from 5th team in the P.T.C grounds till 2nd team in the Top Oval ground.Kausik was a quite and very amicable boy .His absence will certainly leave a vaccum in the minds of everyone who knew him closely.I think he led a very lonely life specially his last few years.I could not do much but I thank Soumit for being close to him and give him company during this solitary period in Kausik's life.

I knew Kaushik quite well having palyed cricket with him and having faced him as a batsman. Kaushik was a great pace bowler and more importantly a very decent human being. His sad demise comes as a quite a shock. I had met him recently in January 2012 during the Daimond Jubilee celebrations at Hazaribagh. I wish to offer my sincere condolences to the family and to Raibat and Soumit. Farewell brother and may God grant your soul peace. Ajit Singh.
