It is with a heavy heart that I inform you of the passing away of a fellow HOXAN last night(June 26) at Kolkata.
Prosenjit Banerjee of the batch of 1969 went away to meet his creator. Popularly called 'Banna' or 'Bannerboxie', Prosenjit was a leader in keeping the HOXA flag flying and very sentimental about his alma mater and her wonderful Jesuits and teachers. A person of very sunny disposition and a willing hand at every venture, he will be sorely missed by all who knew him. His wife predeceased him, Some of you will be aware of his elder brother Satyajit Banerjee from 1961 batch.
