Som Sankar was an adorable friend. My aim throughout school was to somehow beat him in class rankings, which I never achieved - but he gave me the challenge to strive for. Smaller in size than an already small "me", he always chose the front corner desk in all classes and could be seen during study periods - working hard. A true inspiration. I wonder why God called for him so early. R.I.P.
